M. Roxanne Veliz, Esq., is a partner in Snell & Wilmer, concentrating her law practice in banking, commercial finance, real estate finance, renewable energy lending, loan sale transactions, and loan restructures and workouts. Her experience includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in real estate secured and commercial lending transactions. Roxanne also represents lenders in transactions with Indian tribes and developers of tribal gaming projects.
She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s of business administration in finance and economics, and a law degree from the University of Arizona. She was the business editor of Arizona Law Review for two years and serviced in a domestic violence legal clinic for a year. Roxanne is a member of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and a board member of the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona.
