M. Roxanne Veliz, Esq., is a partner in Snell & Wilmer, concentrating her law practice in banking, commercial finance, real estate finance, renewable energy lending, premium finance transactions, franchise lending, loan sale transactions, and loan restructures and workouts. Her experience includes representing financial institutions and borrowers in real estate secured and commercial lending transactions, including extensive experience in commercial projects, construction loans, hotels, restaurants, golf courses and residential loan transactions. She is also experienced in representing lenders in transactions with Indian tribes and developers of tribal gaming projects.
In 2017, Roxanne was named Tucson Lawyer of the Year, Banking and Finance Law.
She serves on the boards of the Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona and Southern Arizona Legal Aid; and on the advisory board of Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School.
Roxanne has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s of business administration in finance and economics, and a law degree from the University of Arizona.
